Kristen reached out to me to help on her renovation project for an income property. The back balconies are rotten and need to be replaced. After talking with her engineer and contractor she wasn't sure which option would look the best. So she had me put together a few renderings to help her and her husband make a decision. Her husband wanted to save the balconies and she wanted to see the cheaper option of not rebuilding. Let me show you renderings of the options their engineer presented.
Here is the original including a side view of the balcony:

This was an interesting project and I was happy to help them make an expensive decision.
What do you think they chose?
I can help you create the vision for your space and give you a virtual blueprint to refer to as you have money or budget to bring it to life. Pictures can help communicate to your contractor, engineer or architect to make sure your vision becomes a reality. Design doesn't need to feel intimidating or be out of your reach financially. Shoot me an email and we can set up a time to chat and walk through the process.
